Kerry’s Real Estate career of nearly fifty years started as an apprentice appraiser where he learned the analytical side of the Real Estate business. After selling several houses, he sold a 475-acre ranch in the Cuyama Valley. Kerry’s ranch buyer was so impressed with his skills and knowledge that he asked Kerry to represent him in purchasing three adjacent ranches. These ranches, totaling over 2000 acres, were highly complex transactions with numerous title problems. Kerry found he enjoyed the challenges of researching all of the technicalities involved, and this kindled the passion that has led him to specialize in ranch, land and lifestyle properties ever since.

Kerry has sold some of the largest properties in the tri-counties and has an impressive client base of major corporations, including Ticor Title Insurance, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of Montecito, Bank of America, City Commerce Bank, Central Coast Production Credit, The Resolution Trust Corporation, Arco, Chevron, and Texaco. He has also served various Hollywood celebrities such as Fess Parker, as well as numerous wealthy individuals seeking privacy and a discerning lifestyle choice. Kerry is professional, discrete and dedicated to his clients.

While considering to join a major Real Estate company, Kerry was offered many opportunities. When he finally decided to join forces with the successful powers of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Kerry became the director of the new Ranch and Lifestyle Division. Kerry is a member of a variety of Real Estate organizations, including the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service (MLS), North Santa Barbara County MLS, Los Angeles MLS, Ojai MLS, and Proxio International MLS.

Mary is proud and honored to work side by side with Kerry Mormann and his one-of-a-kind team at Coastal Ranch. The highlight of Mary’s career is her 2019 sale with Kerry of Las Varas Ranch, one of California’s largest coastal ranches. Charlie Munger purchased the 1800-acre property for $70 million and donated it to UC Santa Barbara. This was an example of a conservation easement, which allows buyers to purchase large properties, preserve an extensive part of the land untouched for future generations, and receive major tax credits in return. Having studied under the legendary Kerry, Mary has a unique understanding of California conservation policy that she uses to help legacy buyers achieve their property dreams and protect our state’s beautiful coastline.

A 6th-generation resident of Santa Barbara County, Graham comes from a long line of native Californians. Steeped in the area’s community of ranchers, Graham carries regional expertise with first-hand experience of the inner workings of local farms, ranches, and recreational opportunities. 

Growing up on his family’s avocado ranch in Carpinteria, he played football, basketball, and volleyball in the local school district. His early relationship with the regional environment was fostered in childhood, as he spent summers sailing through the Santa Barbara Channel and around the Channel Islands. This experience led him to Santa Cruz Island as a hunting guide prior to the Nature Conservancy’s takeover in 1997. 

At the age of 15 he worked on The Taylor Ranch in Ventura, where he learned about ranch horses, pack mules, and drive wagon teams.  After high school, he moved to Montana and attended the Royal Tine Hunting Guide and Horsemanship School in Philipsburg. From there, he began a career as a guide and packer in Challis, Idaho on the Main Salmon River, guiding horseback hunts and fishing trips. Graham attended Palomar College in North San Diego County and excelled in football. With an athletic scholarship he then transferred to Southeast Missouri State in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where he graduated with a B.A. in Outdoor Recreation Management.

Returning home after graduation, Graham worked and lived on Rancho Monte Alegre, currently listed for sale with Coastal Ranch, and guided pack trips in the area. He later took over The Los Padres Wilderness Outfitters, an equine tourism company, from his late mentor and friend, Tony Alvis. Since then, he has updated the name to Los Padres Outfitters and expanded greatly with new stock and an ambitious operating plan for the company’s beach, trail, and back country horseback tours. Graham is also a devoted husband and father, who married his wife, Hannah, also a Coastal Ranch team member, at the beautiful Santa Barbara Mission. They currently reside at Graham’s Carpinteria family ranch where he was raised.

A California native with roots, Jamie Warm brings over two decades of experience in managing farms and agriculture across California's. His hands-on approach has cultivated an unparalleled expertise in the nuances of agricultural operations, land management, and strategic real estate investments. Specializing in the sale of vineyards, wineries, and agricultural properties, Jamie offers clients an insider's perspective to navigate and excel in the intricate market of California's agricultural real estate.

Originally from the Midwest, Hannah has been an active member of the Carpinteria community for the past 17 years. She is married to Graham and loves taking care of their two incredible children. As co-owner with Graham of the equine tourism company Los Padres Outfitters, she knows California’s Central Coast beaches and wilderness up close and better than most!

Hannah has a background in health and fitness, which had its beginnings at Missouri State University, where she was on a D1 Track and Field scholarship. Well, actually, Hannah has been running fast ever since she was a small child, so it started much sooner, but she brings that same youthful energy and enthusiasm to everything she does, including Real Estate.

Her entrepreneurial experience with Los Padres Outfitters, and her personal and group fitness training, gives Hannah an edge most Real Estate Agents don’t have. She knows how to work hard and is committed to helping her clients achieve their Real Estate goals.
