The 2-4 weeks leading up to the Listing Date are important as preparations are made for the property to be shown to the public. Our professional photographers, videographers, and graphic designers are hard at work preparing the marketing materials we’ll use to let the world know the property is “For Sale!”

Your Listing Date will fall on a Thursday to maximize your property’s exposure to local agents in Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara. Open Houses over the weekends and an Agent Caravan will allow the most interested to see the property first-hand or virtually through Facebook Events, Zoom, or FaceTime.
